Starting my blogging journey! I am a stay at home mom to three kids ages 12, 9 and 6. Started healthy eating about 5 years ago. With resistance from my 12 year old daughter. Everyone is adjusting now. She is still picky, but getting better. I wonder if wheat is good or bad for us. Wonder how much sugar is ok? Wonder is it ok to let the kids eat junk sometimes. I have a lot of questions send I hope to figure this thing out before my oldest goes to college! Let's do this and figure out where to go on the healthy eating journey!!
